About Me

I started making jewelry in the 11th grade of high school. From that point on, I was hooked.

I attended Fort Wayne Art Institute for 3 semesters and then began setting up my home studio. For the next twenty years, jewelry making was my passionate hobby.

When I moved to Tennessee, I worked in a jewelry manufactureing company where we cast pounds of gold each week.

In San Francisco, I worked as an independant jeweler and did some teaching with the Apprentice Alliance.

After relocating to Pensacola, I worked for six years at the local mall for Fast Fix and Jewelry & Watch Express in a managerial position.

7 years ago I joined the Florida Society of Goldsmiths where I was teaching and instrumental in organizing a local chapter.

Today, I enjoy working in my home studio teaching (beginning to advanced) metal smithing and specializing in custom jewelry. Last summer, I attended GIA and I am in the process of completing a Graduate Gemology Certification.  I am in the right place at the right time!
